Drake is certainly one of the more recognized ‘sneakerheads’ of the hip-hop circuit, but most of his WDYWT selections have been recently released Retros. Perhaps he just started building his collection or prefers to keep his grails on ice, but regardless of his sneakerhead status, Drake’s been showing up with clean kicks no matter what. Drake made an appearance during the Jay-Z/Eminem concert at Yankee Stadium last week wearing the Air Free Run 6.0 Dark Charcoal, and once again, during a performance at the James L. Knight Center in Miami, the Canadian-bred pop artist chose the Dark Charcoal 6.0 once again to match his all-black ensemble. It’s common knowledge that Puma and Nike were each founded by a Dassler brother, and while Adi’s Three Stripes has been working with Porsche Design for a while now, it’s only right to have Puma collaborate with Ferrari.  Here’s a new pack of racing shoes from Puma x Ferrari that contains a Speed Cat 2.9 Mid SF and two pairs of Drift Cat 2 Nike LunarGlide 4 SFs.  The Speed Cats are red with black trim, while the low-cut Drift Cats come in either black or white, mostly monochromatic designs.  Each of these three pairs features the unmistakable yellow Ferrari shield and they should hit select Puma retailers soon.  via Kenlu

This September 2010 colorway features a rustic m6.0 of browns, reds, and greens, a perfect blend with the autumn season or for your first-semester sneaker rotation. The upper features a m6.0 of synthetic leather and a nylon-like material on the toe and center panel.
